Sometimes it can be difficult for staff to identify how or when to engage a Learning Innovation Coach (LIC).
This artefact aims to make LICs more accessible by rapidly communicating the core elements of their role. Visual representations of ideas/services are great because they can do the talking when you're not around.
The intent was to repeatedly socialise the artefact through presentations, online, and in print to help increase teacher understanding and engagement with the LICS.
It also recognised that identifying, documenting and showcasing exemplar practice was critical to scaling innovation across the school. It's a time consuming and valuable process that needs to be called out.
